38-0 (“the app”) is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device. We have built it to need nothing from you and to collect nothing about you.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no account system, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no servers it talks to. It does not collect, transmit or store any personal data off your device.

Data stored on your device

Your settings, current draft and saved season history are stored locally on your device so the game remembers your progress. This data never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time from the in-app Settings screen or by deleting the app.

Internet access

The game is fully offline and does not require an internet connection to play. If you tap a link to share a result or rate the app, your device’s operating system handles that action through the relevant app (e.g. Messages, the App Store), and we don’t see or record it.

Children’s privacy

Because the app collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
